Y Kids
Y-Kids After School Child Care
The Y-Kids is a KDHE licensed afterschool program that is a quality alternative to babysitting or having your child walk home afterschool. Y-Kids provides loving care for your K-5th grader. Y-Kids provides a structured environment that builds spirit through socialization and interaction with peers: builds minds by encouraging academic achievement with study time and tutoring; and builds bodies by giving the children ample time to play organized games or freely in the gym or on the playground.
Daily activities vary and a nutritious snack is provided for each child.
@ Washington School: Students attending Washington & Roosevelt Elementary Schools will participate at the Washington site. Roosevelt students ride USD 418 buses with Y-Kids staff.
@ Lincoln School: Students attending Eisenhower & Lincoln Elementary Schools will participate at the Lincoln site. Eisenhower students ride USD 418 buses with Y-Kids staff.
Early Dismissal Days: On all early dismissal days children participate at their regular Y-Kids site.
